This teaching board can real-time demonstrate the actual conditions of the electric vehicle power system through current test instrument, schematic, motor, DC converter, high-voltage distribution box, accelerator pedal, shift lever. It can directly perform teaching practice under electric vehicle motor principle.

Functions of Electric Vehicle Motor Teaching Board

• Including teaching board, electric vehicle motor, control panel with motor circuit schematic, the console is set with a control button to control the electric vehicle motor.
• Electric vehicle test system adopts eddy current brake as a loader.
• Using the torque speed sensor to test the motor torque.
• Using electrical transmitter for motor parameters test, to accomplish voltage measurement, current measurement, power factor measurement, power measurement, efficiency measurement and frequency measurement and so on.
• Using digital temperature sensor for temperature measurement.
• According to user requirements to design motor test software and output the motor test report. The whole system is a comprehensive motor test board.
• The system can perform DC motor test, general three-phase motor test, motor starter motor detection, motor wiper motor detection, motor deceleration detection, electric bicycle motor parameter testing.
