    NIT Review & Eligibility Check

    Receive and evaluate the tender document. Confirm eligibility, technical scope, delivery timeline and commercial terms within 24–48 hours.

    Technical Compliance & BOQ

    Prepare item-wise technical compliance statements, datasheets, brochures and detailed priced Bill of Quantities in the format required by the procurement authority.

    EMD, Bid Bond & Documentation

    Arrange Earnest Money Deposit, bid-security bond, power of attorney, incorporation certificate, GST, IEC, ISO, audited accounts and all annexures.

  4. 04

    Bid Submission & Clarifications

    Submit sealed bid online or physically before deadline. Respond to pre-bid queries, technical clarifications and attend site visits where required.

Do you handle installation, commissioning and training at the client site?

Yes. All institutional supplies include on-site installation, commissioning, operator training and post-warranty maintenance. Training is delivered on-site by our engineers, with additional remote support available via email and WhatsApp.

What documents do you need to prepare a tender response?

Usually just the NIT / RFP / bid document (PDF or Word), the Bill of Quantities, and any annexures or technical specifications. Our team handles all supplier-side documentation — incorporation, audited accounts, ISO, CE, IEC, GST, PAN, bank guarantees and power of attorney.
