Description & Technical Specification
Board capacity:
- The Rota-Spray has a 10" × 12" (254 × 305 mm) board capacity and the new board holder will take a number of multiple small boards, or one large board.
Process:
-The Rota-Spray etches 1oz (35 μm) PCBs with Ferric Chloride in less than 90 seconds.
-The unit will spray one side of a panel at a time.
-The board holder can then be rotated 180แต to process the second side.
Motor:
-The motor rotates a hollow column up which the etching solution is drawn, before being sprayed out at the panel via a number of predrilled holes in the column.
Control:
-The Rota-Spray features a digital timer which controls the processing time.
-Another digital control module sets the temperature accurately.
Digital temperature control - Set & control temperatures accurately.
Transparent case design - Panels can be examined after processing without removing.
Integral Spray Wash Tank - Washes the entire board holder to keep whole etching process clean. Fitted with adjustable spray bars.
