General Description
This apparatus is used to demonstrate the softness of bitumen depends, among other factors, on the temperature of the substance, where, as the temperature is raised, the softness of the bitumen increases.

Closed water circuit with two identical design of pumps with :

• Max. head : 16.9m
• Nominal speed : 2900 rpm
• Three phase motors with speed control via frequency converter with

• Water tank up to 86L at max flow rate 10m³/h
• Control valves and interconnecting pipework for operate the pump in parallel or series configurations
• Pump head pressure, suction, flow rate and water temperature.
• Water meter and a stopwatch to determine the flow rate
